The vibrant area of SW Florida is always busy with events, whether they be corporate meetings/conventions, retreats, and theme parties, or personal celebrations such as wedding anniversaries and family reunions. 

 

Our event photography pricing is based on consecutive hours of shooting, and we offer some additional services that will ensure your guests will remember the event for years to come.

Event Photography coverage -- $175/hr

One photographer for a minimum of fthree hours.

Additional Photographer -- $100/hr

A second photographer can be added for very large events or complex agendas.

Custom Video Slide Show * --  $425

Our team will sort images from the event photography and deliver a slide show of your event's highlights (up to 150 images). If delivery is needed for the final day of your event, there will be an additional $250 charge.  

Custom Photo Book Design * -- $549

We can design and produce a photo book that will showcase the highlights of your event in as much detail as you choose.  If this option is desired, it is necessary to discuss this with us prior to the event so we can plan for the shots that will be needed for the photo book.  The cost of each professional printed copy of the photo book will be quoted based on size, style and quantity of books to be produced.
